USSSA Baseball uses the May 1st age cut-off. To determine your team's age, in all divisions, determine the age of your oldest player on April 30th, 2011, and that is the age your team should play.
All teams will be assured of a 4-game minimum and possibly a 5 game guarantee. Teams will have 3-4 pool play games for seeding in to a single-elimination championship bracket. Most teams will play more than four games.
Pools will be seeded based on national qualifying points earned at our qualifying events.
Following pool play, bracket seed will be based on: (1st) won-loss record in pool play; (2nd) runs allowed; (3rd) runs scored.
All national qualifying points earned during the regular Fall-Winter season will be used in making pool assignments. The teams with the most points will receive the highest seeds in pool play.

All teams will be required to check-in and present your paperwork to your event director on Mon Dec. 27th at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled game.
Managers need to bring copies of all player birth certificates or USSSA ID Card or State Issued ID Card or Driving License or U.S. Passport; a copy of your USSSA registration/roster with parent signatures; and a copy of your Team Insurance.
